Fox Trot and Friends

I found this new workshop place that I absolutely love! I invited a few friends and we each did a special project for our house

We all picked something so totally different, but it was so fun to get to be together

The kids got their preschool pictures taken, I made them take a picture before we left so I could see if I liked their clothes:)

Brennar and Brilee have one fundraiser each year for their school, its called the Fox Trot.  They run around the field next to their school as many laps as they can for 20 minutes.  You can sponsor a certain dollar amount per lap or just give them a donation for encouragement.  Each dollar amount gives them special little incentives and this year the school earned over $40,000!! Best ever!

This is Brennar's 3rd grade class, his teacher is Mrs. Trembly

It was so dang cold out there this year.  Brennar didn't quite reach his goal, but he never stopped running once.

I ran with him and the cold really was hard, my lungs hurt so bad for hours after

I love seeing him with his buddies:)

Brilee's class ran a few hours later in the day, this is Mrs. Waters' first graders

I also ran with her - I almost died.  Brilee was the fastest girl in her round, only 1 other first grader in the school beat her for total laps, I was so proud of her!

These are some of my besties right now, we are all moms of the Saints football team - I adore them all!

And I got a new mug and made myself an eggnog latte in it - so had to document!

 A week after the fox trot the kids get to claim their prizes, pig races and jumping for money

Brennar jumped farther than the money line went and got a max $26 and his pig was the slowest so he got to keep it:)

Her pig came in second so no prize for that - she was pretty sad:(

But for lunch both kids earned enough to ride in the limo and have pizza, pop and cupcakes at the park - they had a blast!

Horses, Brexten and football, oh my

I have been absolutely loving my one morning a week where it is just the 2 of us. We typically go over to play with our friends, Britt and Cooper for a part of it and go to starbucks, when its nice we play outside or at the park and usually take Kula for a walk.  I never got this time with the older kids, but I am certainly treasuring it with him!

We got this awesome sunshade for Brennar's games, it is so easy to pop up and down, I can't believe we haven't had one until now!

Brilee had her yearly check-up one morning and we had a few minutes between dropping the boys off and when we needed to be there so we got a little date in, seriously, one-on-one time with each kid is so nice!

Clint went to Vegas with a couple of his friends a few weekends back, so the 2 other moms and me took our 10 kids on a hike.

It was so fun, but you should have seen the looks we got

We surprised the boys on Brennar's football team with their names on their jerseys before their first game, they were so excited!  Some of us moms might have been even more excited than the boys were:)

He got player of the game his first game also - he consistently is one of the only boys on the team who gives 110% every single game, we couldn't be more proud or love watching him play more!

Brilee has REALLY loved her riding lessons with Tristan. 

It has been really fun to watch her improve each week, one of these days she is just going to take off on that pony of hers

 

Tristan loves Brilee just as much as she loves him, I think maybe the cookies she brings him each week might help:)

Brexten's Birthday party

Per usual, I am super late in adding these pictures in, oops!  It's almost like I have 4 kids and am crazy busy all the time!

Anyways, Brexen had a GREAT 3rd birthday party with family friends!

This was Clint's purchase for the party - he loved it

Just like Hulk

I really do love having my kids parties, I love finding just the right thing for our theme - I searched long and hard for Hulk things - not many options for just Hulk and not all the Avengers

We had a lady come and paint faces - Brexten's was so cute - I mean so scary!

Clint's 2 best friends from high schools little girls and Brilee

He was so funny while people were singing to him, but he went right for the cupcake when they were done

Opening gifts was super fun this year, first year he has really been excited about something that he was hoping for

A great big thank you to all these kiddos who came out and celebrated with Brexten, it was mad chaos but so much fun!!
