The wait is over, here they are!!!!!

Shann and Ericka visit!

We made a chart the other day to count down each day we had until we get to go to Hawaii, (only 5 left!!!).  Brennar has asked every morning to put a sticker on the chart.  It is so cool to see him start really wanted to create things.  He is getting to be so big! Makes me think it isn't too long until he has to go to school:(  So, I think I am going to have to home-school him!! 

 Miss Brilee got her pictures done a few weeks ago, and I was super disappointed with them.  I even asked to redo the session, which we did, so I had to go through another day of trying on outfits to see what she should wear, case in point, below:)  But, how cute is this??? She is such a little princess!

 We didn't sign up to do music this spring session. I just felt like I had a little too much on my plate.  And, unfortunately, it means these two dont get to see each other quite as much.  But when they do, it is a lot of this!! They just love playing together, they have so much fun together:)

 Does this look familiar to anyone???? We have another little pip-squeak who likes to pull out all the wipes from the bag:)  I just walked over to throw away a diaper and wach my hands and this is what I came back to, at least I cought it before the entire thing was empty!!

And, Shann and Ericka were able to come visit!! We had such a great weekend!  They got in Thursday night, so we just came home and had a little bbq and visited.  I think we stayed up and 1 a.m. :) That is CRAZY for us, most night we can hardly wait to get the kids to bed and pass out ourselves.  But a little less sleep then normal was totally worth it!

 The kids absolutely adored them.  Brennar hasn't had so much attetion since his little sister was born:) They did everything he asked them to do, played in his ball pit, played trains, played in his sand box, chased him, read books to him, feed him, I mean EVERYTHING.  He was a little distraught when we had to drop them off at the airport. Guess it just means it is our turn to visit them!! Brilee is a little standoff-ish to new people, expecially people with dark hair - not sure why wince most of our family has dark hair, but you should have seen her light up and giggle the first time she saw Ericka.  It was absolutely adorable. 

We cant wait to see them again soon. Thanks so much for coming to see us, Schillingers!!!

Little of this, little of that

Our April came and went just as fast as all of our months seem to anymore.  We did a lot of little things, but nothing huge, thats only because we are preparing for our marathon summer!

 It was Clint's brother Kyle's birthday on the 16th, so we bought some flowers and balloons and went to the cemetary to let the balloons go. 

 It was super windy, so we tied them all together this time hoping they would have a better chance of making it past the trees, which they did!

 Here is Grama Amy and Grampa Bob's stone, we told Brennar it was Grama and Grampa and they were in heaven with Brianna and Kyle, but he had a hard time understanding, I think we should have called them something other than Grama and Grampa.

 Miss Brilee lounging in her tub, you can't quite get the full effect here, but her little legs were on the side of the tub so cute, she looked like she was completely relaxing:)

 Here she is with her first pig tails, I should have put her against something with a lighter background to see them better, but oh well, still cute.

 Brennar and Brilee's first of many baths together, they both LOVED it!! Brilee would get so excited she kicked and kicked her legs and Brennar would squeal "baby sister you splashing me!!"

 She can't quite stand up by herself yet, but when I put her there she is pretty darn proud of herself:)

So, that about wraps up our month in pictures.  We spent a lot of time outside going on walks, going to the park, a few bike rides and lots of playdates with friends!! Brennar's music class is over and so is my moms group at church, we love both of them, but are looking forward to a break for the summer. 

As I said we have a marathon summer coming up!! It all starts this weekend: we have family pictures, well Brennar, Brilee, Maddi and Drew, on Sunday. The next weekend is Mother's Day which I am really looking forward to - we are getting family pictures of the 4 of us done, and hopefully will be having Shann and Ericka, Brennar's Godparents, visit us for the weekend! Then a few days later my parents come, my dad is putting together Brennar's "park in my backyard" aka swingset. Then we leave for Hawaii - 17 days, but who's counting.  The first weekend of June my friend, Gena in Montana is having her wedding reception.  Then we have a weekend off!! But the next weekend we are headed to WA for my cousin Monica's wedding.  Then we are home for about 10 days and head to MN.  We really are looking forward to everything.  It will be so nice to see both sides of my family, most who haven't met Brilee and some who haven't met Brennar.  All of those things sprikled with 6 more weddings, gymnastics class for Brennar, lots of playdates, and to end the summer, my princess turns 1, tear:(  Can't believe it has gone so fast!!
