One year ago, on October 26, we found out that our 3rd little miracle was already in Heaven. It was such an awful day and extremely hard few months following, but this year we decided to celebrate instead of being sad.
We always write on balloons and send them up to Heaven for Brianna's birthday and Angel day, so we did the same for Bella. Brennar completely understood what we were doing - he even said to me, "mommy, if I write my name on it, she will know which balloon is from me" and then he threw in, that he was going to write Beckett's name on the balloon too, so he new we missed them both. He is such a sweet little boy!
We picked out our balloons, a princess one from Brilee and a sports one from Brennar and went to the dealership to let them go with Clint.
It was a perfect day, not a single cloud or gust of wind and they went straight up. What I really loved was how both kids were ok with letting them go, in particular Brilee. But, I guess she knew she was giving her balloon to her baby sister:) Love all of my babies so much!!!

Soccer finale
Brennar had his last soccer game this morning. We had a lot of fun watching him the last 2 months!
All the kids got to stand up on the podium to receive their trophies
Brennar thought it was pretty cool
You can't really tell in these pictures, but he got a battle wound today - he was running off the field and his teammate was running on and they collided. He cut his lip pretty bad, and got blood all over his jersey. We just told him it made him look tough:)
Such a fun reason to watch all the kiddos learn and grow while playing something competitive. Not so sure soccer is Brennar's sport, but he sure had a lot of fun running every game!

Date night!
Last night Brennar and I had our first official "date". We have done lots of stuff, just the two of us, but this was actually a dance we were invited to and had to pay to attend.
I told him that he was going to get to wear a tie to it and he kept asking all day when he could dress up like daddy:) I'm not sure who looks better in "work clothes", Brennar or daddy!
We decorated our own cookies for our dessert. Brennar choose blue with every color sprinkles they had, so that is what I did too. He wanted me to see how blue his tongue was
They had an artist to make these for everyone. I am a little perturbed at how they drew me, I look like a devil with a tiara on! Even Brennar asked me why he put scary eyes and teeth on me:( I mean I may look like that on occasion, but certainly not last night, when I had the best date in the joint!
He said he was going to make a grumpy face for our picture - he may try but he just can't pull it off, he is way too cute for that
Another try at it
All these next few are blurry, but I love that they show how much he was moving and shaking. He practiced his moves all morning yesterday and let me tell you, he didn't disappoint!! Even Eli's mommy told him she liked his skills:)
We had the best time - seriously, one of my most favorite nights I have had with him these last, almost 4 years!! And to top it off, I got to be there with both my baby boys! I can't wait for Clint to get to go with his little princess in a few months:)

Anderson Farms
This weekend we went to Anderson Farms - our very favorite pumpkin patch! And, again, it didn't disappoint.
My pretty little princess. We walked by this scarecrow about 5 times and each time she asked if she could touch her friend:)
It was pretty cold, so the littles were bundled up pretty good. But non the less, they had a blast.
Even Clint had a good time
Waiting on the wagon to head out on a bumpy and wild ride - it literally is just that - sitting on a wagon while it goes over hills and turns sharp corners - but it was still fun. Brennar said he thought he baby brother really liked all the bouncing!
Gourd launching at its finest. It was a good thing the kids had to wear helmets, because Brennar forgot to let go the first time and launched himself:)
She really was happy to take all the pictures - she just thinks if she says cheese, it is the same thing as actually smiling...we'll get there
Watching brother race the bikes
Brennar said riding the bikes was his favorite part, probably because it was the first year daddy didn't have to push him to get it to go
Brilee on Cinderella's carriage

The pony rides were Brilee's favorite part - my little animal lover

Sharks and Broncos
Brennar and Daddy went to the Broncos game today (technically they are there as I write this!) and had a blast!
He took this hat with him...
But it looks like Daddy bought him a new one while they were there:) Clint loves that he can take B to different sporting events now, he really enjoys watching all the action, but sometimes only makes it to half time
Just a random picture of my little pirate dude - he is so stinkin cute!
B and Eli after the Sharks game yesterday - I don't really think they like each other too much anymore:)
Victory tunnel after the game
And a little park time, before we left for Drew's football game. It was a sports weekend at the Stapp house, you could say. Hope baby B loves all these activities as much as his brother and sister!!

Miller Farms
We had a wonderful time at our first pumpkin patch visit of the year. Although we didn't so much go into the pumpkin patch as we filled our wheel barrow full of prepicked pumpkins, but hey, it was fun anyways.
The big balloon jumper was a hit again- it is so hard I don't see how they can enjoy it, but they do
The wagon Brennar thought we should use to gather all our pumpkins. He said that he would "practice pulling" with Brilee in it
My 3 pumpkins:)
These are all out of order - new computer - still haven't quite got it down yet
Brennar in his space ship - he was heading to the moon he said
Brilee started out on the sled above but didn't really get the concept of riding it down the hill just yet - guess we need to go sledding a little more this winter
I made them take pictures in all of the cut outs around the farm - once I got home and looked through them, I wasn't real sure what exactly she was putting her head through here!
Both kids loved feeding the animals, but it was by far Brilee's favorite part of the day - we are going to a different farm tomorrow and she will get to ride on some ponies, she is going to love it
My little farmer
This is just about how far down the hill they got before Brilee kicked Brennar off it and she jumped out:)
Boo!
This is what we came home with, not too bad for $30!
