Sports!

Our spring was filled with SPORTS!

I loved every minute of watching my boys play - Brennar loves football and has become quite the little defensive player

Bryden was a scoring machine out on the soccer field!

Brennar and his team tied for 1st place this season and won all the games to make it into the super bowl, unfortunately it didn't work out how we would have liked in the end, but these boys are amazing

Brennar had such a great season he was voted in for the All Star game after the season ended and played in the pro bowl

Football ended Monday night and Tuesday night he had his first baseball game, bring on summer!!

Mother's Day

Mother's Day at our preschool is one of my favorite days of the year.  It was fun to just have one kiddo there this time and spending alone time with just him.

His smile is literally the best thing ever

Field Trip

My kids really know how to dress for the occasion. Brexten is a little obsessed with his Thomas rain boots right now, it is all he wants to wear.

 

We also got our luau shirts this same day, and he refused to take it off after we tried them on.

I was able to go on Brennar's field trip with him a few weeks ago.  I love getting to see him around his friends.

He tried a cricket, he was one of the only ones who actually swallowed it

The next day was crazy hair day at school.

Girls Trip!

3 of my very best friends and I went on a girls trip to Dallas!

We got stuck at DIA for a few more hours than we had planned but when you don't have your kids with it really isn't too bad:)

First night we had a fancy dinner.  We didn't know but it was prom so we were a little under dressed for the rest of the patrons of the restaurant

We opted for a cupcake for dessert.  I got banana cream pie, it was delish!

The next morning we did a food tour of Dallas.  I had more food in those 3 hours than I normally have in a weekend!

The main reason for the trip to Dallas was for the short little drive to Waco

Magnolia didn't disappoint!

Joanna knew I was coming and made her specialty cupcake my favorite flavor of all time!!
