Pumpkin Patch: Round 2

We found another pumpkin patch this year, it was completely different then the other one we went to. It was a lot of fun, too!!

This one had all the cars from the movie Cars, it was super neat.

First stop: Lightning McQueen

Next up: Tow Mater

And what's a pumpkin patch with out a monster truck??

This was a gaint bouncy castle that was built into the ground, it was really cool, but I think Brennar was a little too small for it, he got bounced pretty hard by the bigger kids on it

And inside a few miltary planes...those are usually at pumpkin patches, too, right??

Brennar made it inside the petty zoo, Brilee didn't, and that was for the animals sake, not hers!!

Another great family outing sure to be done next year!!

Pumpkin Patch: Round 1

Just like last year, we took the kids to a pumpkin patch.  And, also, just like last year, we all had a blast!

When we drove in there were about 5 school buses, luckily it is so big we felt like we were the only ones there.  Brennar decided he needed his picture taken with one of them:) But, it was "too bright, too bright"

I thought this was really cool, Brennar was super excited to ride it, but one ride was good enough, it was just to bumpy

And finally, the pumpkin patch, (I can't figure out how to get these side by side) But, the left is last year and the right is this year - makes me realize just how much he has grown up this year

And the winners!! Have you ever seen anything as cute as a 2 year old pulling a wagon full of pumpkins??? Didn't think so!!!

A Day out with Thomas!

So, like I told you all, Thomas came back to Colorado!!! We have been talking about this since maybe April, when we heard on tv he was coming again.  Brennar isn't super into Thomas anymore, pirates have taken over, but he still plays with his train table just as much as before and was sooooo excited when the day finally came!

Here he is on the bus over, when he spotted his first glimpse of Thomas.

The one family picture we got, at least 3 of the 4 of us were looking!

They had a little story time activity, Brilee thought she was pretty cool sitting in her own chair

There is Brennar in the front row on the left.  I was really disappointed in story time, unfortunately.  It was 2 high-school age boys, that really didn't want to be reading to the kids, Brennar did a better job of narrating to the other kids then they did
