Christmas Cookie Competition

Brexten gave himself a little bang trim - he thinks he looks pretty cute. He got a long talking to and now understands that only the hair cut lady is allowed to cut his super hard to cut hair from now on!

My parents got to town so we did our annual Christmas cookie competition

Brexten won for best star

Bryden had the best bell

Brilee had the best ginger bread man

Grampa had the candy cane, grama won for snowman

And I got the stocking!~

All the winners! Daddy thinks it was stupid that each person won:) I didn't need any tears on Christmas!!

Kula and Lucy - both turn 6 on January 4th!

Brilee can not get enough of Koda lately, she carries him everywhere - he doesn't love it, but Brilee doesn't care:) She is just getting ready for the new puppy I think

Alex and Lucy - she is obsessed with him- she just snuggles up wherever he is - best friends for life!

Polar Express

The preschool always has a fun birthday party for Jesus the day before they start break. This year I brought a snack so I was able to go from station to station with the boys. I love getting to see them in action:) They are so kind to their classmates and that literally is all I care about!

They both won Bingo and got candy canes - might have been the high point for them:)

The book exchange is always fun - but sometimes tears! This year they did it in small groups and none of the kids had the book they gave, which made it go much better for everyone!

Bryden got the green book and Brexten got the story of Christmas - although I think they swapped, Brexten and green sort of go hand-in-hand!

That night we took the kids down to Golden to ride the Polar Express. It is a much different experience than the Santa Express. They get their golden tickets

Then we move into a stationary train car for hot cocoa, cookies and songs - along with the telling of the Polar Express

I wasn't wearing make-up so all you get is a black and white of us!

Next we went outside and waited for the Polar Express to come pick us all up

We got on and Santa got on too!

They punched our tickets - I got a snowman

Then lastly, the following morning I got to go on a date with this handsome dude. I never get one-on-one time with him anymore, so we took the opportunity of daddy being home and did it!

Preschool Christmas program

I LOVE the preschool Christmas program so so much! Seeing my kids up there singing all dressed up, just in the best!

Luckily for this performance the boys were able to stand somewhat close to each other!! Yay!!

Brexten's best little buddy Mason

Kaleb, Sadie and Bryden - they are forced to be friends because their parents are our friends, but I think they like each other ok:)

Brexten and Cooper - they will be trouble one day - who am I kidding, Brexten is already trouble, that one day is now!

Brennar's 9th Birthday party

We celebrated Brennar's birthday this last weekend at Wild Game. We bowled, had pizza, did the arcade and then had donuts! It was a blast. I love seeing Brennar interact with his friends and me getting to know them just a bit better each time I am around them.

Can you even believe he is almost 9??? I sure can't!

There was a lot of appeal to this buffalo on the wall, not sure why, but I was asked to take lots of pictures with it!

Brexten is such a cute little 3 year old, every one of Brennar's friends loves him, easy to see why:)

Brennar has literally the BIGGEST heart. He asked for money from his friends to donate to Twin Peaks Youth Sports, the organization where he plays flag football.
