A little more magic

This place was seriously so cool!  The kids sat in these chairs then they turned them around to see themselves in the "Mirror, Mirror on the Wall"  - so fun!

My handsome Knight!

Princess Brilee Grace
I just think she is so beautiful

She was taken straight to the front of the line to meet the princesses - no Belle, but Ariel was there
Downtown Disney had all sorts of fun little shops.  There was one where you could build your own race car.  Brennar saw it within minutes of us getting there so Clint took him one afternoon

Brilee choose to go to Build-a-Bear - since she has only been maybe 10 times here:)
They were certainly proud of their creations
We headed back into the park later in the afternoon and just happened to get in right before the parade started. I think this may have been my favorite part of the trip, and the kids loved it as well
Elsa, Anna and Olaf led it - highlight of Brilee's trip, that's for sure!

Even Bryden liked watching it - all the music and bright colors
Brilee and Brennar trying to pull out the sword in the stone
We took Brennar on a ride so Brilee got to go explore Minnie's House and Donald's Ship

The morning Clint left we did a character breakfast. Brilee was enamored with every single character

I have such great friends to tell me all the secrets and tips and the best places to go!!!

Our Disney Adventure

I am so grateful that we have been able to take such wonderful vacations this summer, and our last definitely did not disappoint!

We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel, which is about a 5 minute walk through Downtown Disney to the entrances of both Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure.  When we go back again we will for sure being staying on property again.  It was perfect for us.

The lego store was literally right outside our hotel.  That is a race car built entirely by legos, above Brennar's head was Woody and Buzz Legos too.
Brilee in front of her favorite princess, Belle and the Beast
On our first day, we landed, had lunch and then dove right in to the parks.  We went to DCA and spent the afternoon there.  A few years ago they added Cars Land here and it was so cool.  It literally looks exactly like Radiator Springs!

Here we are waiting to ride Luigi's Flying Tires
Lightning McQueen even made an appearance.
It was SO hot this day, Brilee took off her skirt and Bryden took everything off:)  Even though he was sweaty he was still just as happy as ever!

It's a Bug's Life is also it's own section in DCA and we were able to go on about 3 or 4 rides in just 30 minutes or so

Bryden even went on his first ride there:)
After being at the parks for the afternoon, we went back to the hotel to get settled in and rest a bit because we were going to the show Fantasmic that night.  My friend told me about it, and it was awesome.  We were able to get tickets for a good section to sit where they had people to give us drinks and dessert.  We didn't have to sit there for 2-3 hours to get a good seat, totally worth the money.

Here was the kids' first glimpse of Sleeping Beauty's Castle that night!  So  fun to see it!

The next morning we went into Disneyland.
Brilee and Brennar both went to the Bibbidi Boppidi Boutique and were treated like royalty as they became a knight and a princess.

Brilee had a great time.  She got to go in the shop and pick out any princess dress she wanted.  She first wanted Belle, and I had to steer her away from it for a good 10 minutes (that's what she is getting for her birthday from me) and then she wanted Ariel - her second favorite princess.  Ariel's dress was a little too grown-up for my liking so again had to talk her out of it.  Then she picked out Ariel's other dress that has long sleeves, and as I said before, it was so hot out, so thankfully she let me pick out 3 that had short sleeves and she decided on Tianna, from The Princess and the Frog
 Getting her hair all done
 Picking out her face glitter
Brennar had a pretty good time too:)

He loves to spike his hair
And he got Mickey Mouse confetti in his, stay tuned for the after picks:)

Bryden Luke is 6 months!!

I know it is always said, but I seriously can't believe this little man has been in our world for 6 months!!

He is the sweetest little man, I really do love him more each day, and I think his brother, sister and daddy would say the same thing.

I mean really, does it get any better!!!
Bryden is a good eater, if he isn't too distracted, he especially likes to eat at the table with us and eat whatever we are eating. He still likes to nap a lot, just not in his crib, he prefers to be held or in his swing - but I'm usually ok with that, I like him close to me all the time! He can now sit by himself for up to a minute.  He gets on all fours and rocks back and forth, he's even moved his hands and legs, but I'm not ready to call that a real crawl yet.  He smiles with his whole body, and has special smiles that are reserved for Brennar and Brilee, he lights up and the sight of them. Every time we are out with him in public someone will comment on what a happy smiley baby he is!  If he gets fussy, just take him outside and all is well with the world again. Bryden is also the squirmiest baby I have EVER seen, and that says a lot with my mom running a daycare and all my babysitting! But, he really can't help it, he wants to be in on the action all the time:) I could go on and on, if you haven't noticed he is our world!!! Happy 1/2 birthday Bryden Luke!

Our fun July

We had a little swim party a few weeks ago, we had 12 kiddos and 4 mommies here, it was so fun!  All the kids got along and had a great time with each other.  My only regret is that we didn't do it earlier in the summer so we could've done it 2 or 3 times!
The little mister is starting to eat solids - here was his first food - a red pepper
Bryden and his lady friend, Sadie - they are 2 months apart and already set to be married, come 20-25 years from now:)

We celebrated Clint's dinner at his parents house this year, one of the only times he didn't go to Benihana - I think he was a little sad about it, but we all had fun

Bryden with his Godparetnts
My kids adore their cousins.  I am sad they will probably only ever have 2, but we got the best 2 there could possibly be!

Best buds
Not sure how he ended up in this position??

Our friends told us about this little miniature golf course, so we took the kids to it. Tons of fun. But I think we all liked the go-carts best

Can't believe July is already long over:(
