It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

We took the kids down to Canon City again so we could ride the train to the North Pole - I absolutely LOVE doing this!  3 out of 4 thought it was awesome too! The other one was a little upset the North Pole didn't have wifi so he couldn't watch the Bronco game;)

This guy did great! It was the first year that we felt like we didn't have to be on edge every minute - he sat and ate and participated through it all!

And we had a surprise - Uncle Alex was able to drive up and meet us to ride with us
Took a few minutes for the kids, but then they were so excited he was there

We made it!  Look at those tiny elf houses

Got our letters to Santa wrote - Brexten asked for super heroes

Santa gave them each a bell from the sleigh - Brexten got Comet's bell
Bryden got Vixen's
Brilee got Cupid's

And Brennar got Dasher's
It was so much fun, I really love our tradition of going
Brilee's new pair of glasses for home - she loves the purple

And our fun Friendsgiving with a few close friends
So much fun!

The day after Thanksgiving the kids open their first gift of the season - usually it is jammies, but theirs from last year still fit, so they got matching hot cocoa mugs this time

Aren't they cute??? Clint and I got some too:)
Hyde came back too!  He is being a very good elf this year and only flying to different spots each night, he hasn't done anything naughty or crazy! I don't think he will either;)

I took one picture of each kid doing their gingerbread houses ...
Then I had to walk away...
The control freak in me couldn't watch the "creativity" my kids were having on them!
